Job Description: At Regions, the Bank Operations Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Bank Operations. This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The specialist will receive and review incoming work, contact appropriate resources as needed, resolve customer or associate inquiries, prepare, edit, distribute, and/or correct documents, and research and resolve related issues and general related questions. The role operates under general supervision following established guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of operations or related work experience
  • Data entry and typing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
