Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various banking transactions
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately
- Provide information on financial products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle cash management efficiently
- Support loan processing activities
- Utilize financial software for transactions and record-keeping
Requirements
- Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills
- Previous experience in a bank or financial institution is a plus
- Strong written and verbal skills are necessary
- Knowledge of cash management procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple requests on a daily basis
