About the position

The position at Associated Bank involves working under the supervision of a Bank or Market Manager to recommend banking products to existing customers and prospects. The role focuses on expanding customer relationships through profiling and suggesting appropriate deposit and lending services while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational integrity within the branch. The position requires flexibility to work at multiple branch locations and compliance with various banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recommend Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects.
• Identify, expand, and deepen customer relationships through profiling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently processing transactions and fulfilling service requests.
• Support the operational integrity of the branch.
• Use and demonstrate all customer channels including digital technology.
• Achieve individual and branch team goals.
• Open new accounts and uncover cross-selling opportunities.
• Partner with and refer customers to internal insurance, mortgage, and other key areas within the bank.
• Proactively aisle prospect at in-store locations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with digital banking technologies.
