About the position

The position at Associated Bank involves assisting customers in a transitional role focused on delivering exceptional service and quality with every transaction. Under the direct supervision of a Bank or Market Manager, the role emphasizes learning and modeling sales behaviors to progress through the banker roadmap and certification. The individual will perform teller transactions, service customer needs, resolve issues, and proactively recommend bank products to customers while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with teller transactions and service needs.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Proactively recommend Associated Bank products to customers.
  • Complete required training and certification for promotion eligibility.
  • Open new accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Partner with internal departments to meet customer financial needs.
  • Support the operational integrity of the branch.
  • Engage in aisle prospecting at in-store locations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent education required.
  • 2-4 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in banking or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with digital banking solutions.
