About the position

Randstad US is seeking to fill several 2nd Shift Customer Support positions on their Consumer Lending team in San Antonio, Texas. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their customer service careers within the financial sector, even if they do not have direct experience in financial services. The position is temp to perm, offering a pathway to permanent employment after a successful initial period. The working hours for this role are from 12 PM to 9:30 PM, with a requirement to work either Saturday or Sunday as part of the permanent schedule, along with one day off during the week. Candidates must also be available for a training period of 7 weeks, which will take place Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. As a Banking Agent in the call center, you will be responsible for handling 75-100 inbound calls daily. Your primary duties will include providing quality customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, reviewing customer credit card profiles, payments, and account balances, and assisting customers in understanding their financial situations. Additionally, you will be responsible for transferring escalated calls to the appropriate department when necessary. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements
