• Manage customer interactions on the teller line and platform as needed.
• Engage in lead management activities to generate and prioritize leads.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial environment.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Teller experience preferred.
