About the position

The Banking Center Manager at Central Bank is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the banking center's operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a blend of management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to engage effectively with customers, contributing to the bank's overall success and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the banking process and contribute to banking center decisions.
  • Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform a wide variety of support functions for the Banking Center team.
  • Engage with internal and external customers while providing legendary service levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years Banking or Retail Operations experience.
  • Management experience with demonstrated results.
  • Public speaking or training facilitation experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Outbound Calling and Networking experience preferred.
