About the position

The position involves consulting with Magnifi Financial members through various channels, including in-person, phone, and digital platforms. The role focuses on educating members about products and services, performing transactions accurately and courteously, and promoting digital solutions to enhance the banking experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members with all routine transactions including teller machine transactions.
  • Create a remarkable member experience by responding to member requests with expertise.
  • Consult with members to identify and recommend Magnifi Financial products and services based on financial need.
  • Make referrals to appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Maintain cash drawer, cash recycler, and manage the day-to-day operation of ATM machines.
  • Perform a wide range of account services including setting up mobile deposit, mobile banking, and digital banking.
  • Handle credit and debit card activation, inquiries, transfers, funding loans, address changes, stop payments, and check orders.
  • Encourage and coach members to adopt new digital solutions such as mobile banking and ATMs.
  • May perform opening and/or closing duties for the branch.
  • Participate in community relations efforts to enhance the visibility of Magnifi Financial.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to create a positive member experience.
  • Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
  • Ability to educate members on financial products and services.
  • Proficient in using digital banking solutions and technology.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cash handling and ATM operations.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services offered by Magnifi Financial.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
