About the position

As a Banking Operations / Digital Product Design Analyst 2 at Western Alliance Bank, you will play a crucial role in reimagining banking operations through innovative design and technology solutions. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences by analyzing current processes, identifying improvements, and translating requirements into actionable designs. You will manage a prioritized work backlog, focusing on Credit and Loan Operations, while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective process solutions and business requirements for banking operations.
• Analyze data from various sources to understand user behavior and identify pain points.
• Create wireframes/mockups using design tools like Lucid to visualize process designs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to inform design decisions with real data.
• Facilitate training meetings for system users and stakeholders.
• Provide progress reports and recommendations to management on operations-related projects.

Requirements

• Experience in UX design, product management, project management, or a related field.
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Tableau and SQL.
• Recent experience in commercial banking, loan, deposit, and credit operations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent direct experience in application development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
