About the position

The Banking Operations Specialist at TEKsystems is responsible for supporting the compliance, accuracy, and maintenance of the Bank's information reporting systems. This role involves ensuring that all client information requests are handled appropriately, maintaining the integrity of reporting systems, and providing business support through effective client service and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support the compliance, accuracy, and maintenance of the Bank's information reporting systems.
  • Comply with government agency requests for client information such as account verifications.
  • Maintain the integrity of information reporting systems through daily maintenance and review.
  • Ensure all information and supporting documentation is present and correct, and that accounts are properly set up.
  • Monitor access and make necessary modifications to accounts to comply with regulations and requests.
  • Review regulatory holds placed on accounts and make corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide client service, support, and communication throughout account and compliance activity.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, agencies, and policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Administrative Experience
