About the position

The Operations Specialist will support the Payee Operations Team within the Corporate Accounts Payable organization. This role is focused on providing operational support for payee set-ups and maintenance, ensuring the smooth execution of complex transactions and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for the business unit, including research.
• Support payee set-ups and maintenance for the Corporate Accounts Payable organization.
• Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems such as SAP and eVDM Oracle to support business operations.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Banking/Financial Institution.
• 2 years of experience in Operations Support.
• 1 year of experience with SAP/Oracle/eLedger (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong analytical abilities.

• Experience with Accounts Payable operations and processes.
