The Banking Processor at CONAM Management Corporation plays a crucial role in providing accurate banking support for multiple properties. This position involves daily engagement with accounting, regional, and community personnel, ensuring efficient banking operations and communication with various banks. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities and a solid work ethic, contributing to the overall success of the corporate office in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Understand the banking needs of corporate, regional, and community personnel.
• Communicate with banks to resolve banking issues or requests.
• Collect payroll, management fees, and ICAs from properties.
• Process and book collections on the same day of receipt and submit for approval.
• Complete wires and transfers promptly, ensuring bank deadlines are met.
• Send checks received by 1:30 to the bank the same day.
• Complete and send letters for account openings/closures the same day information is received.
• Notify new properties of deposit reporting in a timely manner.
• Collect and upload bank balances in the accounting system each morning.
• Upload the afternoon deposit report into Salesforce at 3pm.
• Process stop payments and return them to the requestor within 24 hours.
• Book and process NSFs received in the banking department within 24 hours.
• Open and email deposit correction notices within 72 hours of receipt.
• Order deposit tickets and endorsement stamps the same day of receipt.
• Key journal entries and return them to the requestor within 48 hours.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of Property Management industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid Driver's License.
