The Banking Product Support - Deposits Analyst role at FIS involves utilizing banking expertise to assist clients with inquiries and support issues related to financial transactions, operational controls, and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as financial transactions, operational controls, and compliance.
  • Providing expert, in-depth product support to customers.
  • Recreating client issues in FIS test environments to find solutions.
  • Anticipating next steps in client objectives by asking probing questions.
  • Troubleshooting software application problems and recommending corrective actions.
  • Documenting customer information and recurring issues to support product quality and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business or relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
