About the position
The Banquet Bartender will provide friendly and excellent service to customers at the bar, preparing and pouring drinks while adhering to the Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures. This role requires interaction with customers and beverage servers, ensuring drinks are made with proper portions and ingredients in a fast-paced casino environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and excellent service to customers at the bar.
- Prepare and pour drinks for customers and beverage servers.
- Ensure drinks are made with proper portions and ingredients.
- Adhere to the Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures and Internal Control Standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- High school diploma or its equivalency required.
- Two (2) years previous beverage experience required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of operating a cash register.
- Ability to operate juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, and non-alcoholic frozen drink machines.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public.
- Ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
