About the position
The Banquet Captain at River Landing Clubhouse is responsible for overseeing the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions, ensuring they align with the Banquet Event Order. This role is crucial in the absence of a Banquet Manager and focuses on maintaining guest satisfaction throughout the events.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the setup of banquet functions according to the Banquet Event Order.
- Oversee the execution of banquet services to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the breakdown of banquet functions after events are completed.
- Assist the Banquet Manager in various tasks related to banquet operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role within the banquet service industry.
