Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portioning are consistent with the club's high standards.
• Manage food inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain adequate stock for upcoming events.
• Work closely with event planners and other departments to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols are maintained.

Requirements

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-volume banquet setting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a banquet chef or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of French culinary techniques is preferred.
