About the position
The Banquet Coordinator at TPI Hospitality is responsible for planning and executing memorable events at the company's banquet facilities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. The coordinator will collaborate with guests, Food and Beverage Managers, and the General Manager to ensure events run smoothly and meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events at the banquet facilities.
- Work closely with guests to understand their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with Food and Beverage Managers to coordinate event logistics.
- Ensure that all events are conducted in a safe and healthy environment.
- Maintain accountability for achieving guest service standards and exceeding expectations.
- Reflect TPI's core values in daily actions and decisions.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on guest service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience in event management or hospitality is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in a hospitality or event management role.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
