The Banquet Manager will be responsible for greeting guests and accommodating their needs during events, ensuring that all service areas are clean and safe, and overseeing the setup, execution, and clean-up of events. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with guests regarding menu inquiries and to anticipate their needs throughout their dining experience. The manager will also assist in delivering food and beverages, train staff on serving styles, and respond promptly to any guest requests. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor is essential, as is the ability to perform various duties as assigned to support the team and enhance the overall guest experience.
