• Conduct monthly department meetings and set goals for the banquet team.
• Act as a liaison to the kitchen staff and lead shifts during events.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback and handle complaints, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in event management, food and beverage, or a related professional area.
• Knowledge of wine and food pairings.
• Experience in managing banquet operations.
