The Banquet Server is responsible for serving food and drinks to guests during banquet events, ensuring adherence to food and beverage safety controls as per company standards. The role requires interaction with guests and staff in a professional manner and may involve setting up and breaking down the banquet room before and after events.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks to guests during banquet events.
• Interact with guests and staff in a cordial and professional manner.
• Set up and break down the banquet room before and after events.
• Provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
• Stay current on all emergency procedures and act accordingly.
• Wear proper uniform and name tag at all times in accordance with appearance standards.
• Attend department meetings.
• Adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma (advanced education/coursework desired).
• At least one year of experience in a restaurant setting.
• Previous banquet experience preferred.
• Fluent English speaking and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Professional dress, speech, and behavior.
