About the position

Chukchansi Gold is seeking a dedicated individual for the position responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of beverage stations and equipment in accordance with Company standards. The role involves interacting effectively with the public and Team Members, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that beverage areas in bar stations are clean and well-stocked. The position requires participation in receiving and issuing liquor and supplies, maintaining accurate tracking and inventories, and ensuring compliance with health and sanitation standards. The individual will also serve as a backup for bartenders and promote outstanding customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with the public and Team Members.
• Perform excellent customer service at all times.
• Clean beverage areas in bar stations.
• Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies.
• Remove empty bottles and trash.
• Prepare necessary fruit for use as garnishes.
• Participate in receiving and issuing liquor and supplies.
• Help maintain accurate tracking and inventories of spirits and wines.
• Maintain a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.
• Monitor guest needs and ensure all requests are promptly fulfilled.
• Maintain knowledge of ABC Codes and the Dram Shop Act.
• Complete Alcohol Awareness Training and renew certification every two years.
• Maintain compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Serve as a backup for bartenders.
• Promote outstanding customer service.
• Participate as a team member with Bartenders, Beverage Stewards, Servers, and Supervisors.
• Maintain a consistent attendance record.
• Perform any reasonable request made by management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year previous experience in a similar capacity preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions.
