About the position

The Floor Manager at Soulbelly BBQ is responsible for overseeing the bar operations and leading the service staff while providing support to the chef team. This role requires a strong background in bar management and restaurant operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee bar operations and ensure high standards of service.
  • Lead and manage the service staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Support the chef team in daily operations and coordination.
  • Maintain inventory and manage bar supplies effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
  • Extensive experience in bar management and operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
