About the position

The Bar Host at Wildfire Casino & Lanes is responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests and beverage servers while ensuring compliance with company and health department standards. This role emphasizes high guest service and includes duties such as food service, beverage preparation, and processing transactions using the company's P.O.S. system. The Bar Host must maintain a well-stocked bar and ensure proper health standards and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests and beverage servers.
• Ensure compliance with company and health department standards.
• Process transactions using the company's P.O.S. system.
• Maintain proper health standards and a safe work environment.
• Ensure the bar remains stocked with no product overages or shortages.
• Assist with Wildcard signups with a high guest service emphasis.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Cash handling experience.
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and soda, juice, and liquor guns.
