Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bar operations, including staffing, inventory control, and ordering supplies.
  • Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies regarding alcohol service.
  • Train and supervise bar staff in cocktail preparation, customer service, and cash handling procedures.
  • Monitor bar performance metrics, including sales targets and customer feedback, to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to provide an inviting atmosphere for guests.
