About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee and create our bar operations in a vibrant upscale environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in fine dining, particularly with martinis and craft cocktails. This role involves ensuring exceptional service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of beverage quality and presentation as part of a new store opening.

Requirements

• 7 years of food production experience
• 6 years of fine dining experience
• 5 years of restaurant management experience
• 3 years of bar management experience
• 9 years of budgeting experience
• 4 years of cash handling experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations, including staffing, inventory control, and ordering supplies.
• Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies regarding alcohol service.
• Train and supervise bar staff in cocktail preparation, customer service, and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor bar performance metrics, including sales targets and customer feedback, to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to provide an inviting atmosphere for guests.
