Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Create a welcoming environment by maintaining a friendly demeanor and fostering positive interactions with patrons.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while adhering to company policies regarding payments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of catering services is a plus, along with an understanding of various drink recipes and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness.
• A passion for hospitality, demonstrating a willingness to help others and create memorable experiences for guests.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws and regulations.
