Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders and servers in serving guests at the bar.
- Stock the bar with supplies and beverages as needed.
- Organize the cellar and stocking areas.
- Clean tables, clear soiled dishes, and reset bar seating areas for new guests.
- Interact graciously with guests waiting for tables, providing timely feedback.
- Follow high safety standards and personal conduct guidelines.
- Attend interdepartmental meetings as required.
- Perform closing duties as directed by the manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English; Spanish is preferable.
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of hire.
- Valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
