About the position

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking full and part-time physicians to join their expanding wound care group. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide bedside care in various facilities without the burden of nights, calls, or weekend responsibilities. Physicians will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, ensuring they have the necessary tools for clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The position emphasizes work-life balance and autonomy, allowing physicians to focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals.
• Round weekly at each facility, delivering care to patients in a mobile practice setting.
• Document patient interactions in real-time using a proprietary niche-specific EMR system.
• Participate in training and mentorship during the first six months of clinical practice.

Requirements

• Must have a full/active MD/DO license; DPM licenses are not accepted.
• An active unrestricted license in the state where the physician wishes to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
