As a Barista/Cashier at Starbucks, you will create a welcoming and engaging experience for customers while crafting high-quality beverages and food products. Responsibilities

• Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide a pleasant communication experience.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.
• Handle cash and ensure store safety and security standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.

Requirements

• No previous experience required.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
• Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is beneficial.
