About the position

Rocco's Doughnuts is seeking enthusiastic Front of House (FOH) Team Members to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for guests. This part-time role involves greeting customers, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Team Members will have opportunities for cross-training and growth within the company, contributing to a fun and inspiring workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
• Assisting customers with a happy, authentic attitude
• Welcoming new guests and guiding them through the monthly menu
• Maintaining professionalism in the workplace
• Operating the POS system to ring up customers
• Printing off tickets for online orders with accuracy
• Learning and maintaining knowledge of the monthly menu
• Efficiently packing all doughnut orders
• Maintaining cleanliness of the front of the store
• Ensuring the doughnut display is clean and clear
• Making coffees, teas, and new drinks on the menu
• Lifting or moving up to 30lbs
• Following opening and closing checklists
• Washing dishes and equipment
• Taking out trash and recyclables

Requirements

• Previous food, restaurant, or customer service experience
• Availability from Wednesday to Sunday
• Ability to work 6AM-1:30PM on weekdays and/or weekends
• Enjoys creating memorable experiences for customers
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Teachable and a good listener
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly attitude and team player
• Punctual and reliable
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Driven individual who enjoys being part of a close team
• Highly adaptive and willing to work hard
