About the position

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our small boutique coffee shop located inside a large medical building on Wilshire Blvd. The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set in crafting various types of coffee and smoothies, contributing to a positive and vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and smoothies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in specialty coffee preparation.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
