Responsibilities

• Making all coffee drinks
• Preparing tea, lemonade, and other beverages
• Helping customers select a beverage that will delight them
• Serving a limited cocktail menu and wine
• Keeping the space clean
• Engaging with customers to build community and provide a great experience
• Assembling small plates

Requirements

• Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks
• Ability to consistently dial-in espresso machines
• Experience in latte art
• Value cleanliness and engaging with customers
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Alignment with hospitality values
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for 4-8 hours
• Food Protection Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• 2+ years experience making coffee and espresso drinks
