About The Position

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Greet, thank, and deliver excellent guest service.
• Describe menu options and be knowledgeable about beverage products to make appropriate recommendations to guests.
• Handle money, make change, and process credit card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures.
