Responsibilities
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide a memorable experience.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet health and safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Learn and master new beverage recipes and product offerings.
Requirements
- No previous experience required.
- Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
