Responsibilities
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide quality beverages and food products.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment.
- Learn and master new beverage recipes and store procedures.
Requirements
- No previous experience required.
- Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand oral and written instructions.
