About the position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience through excellent service and expertly-crafted beverages. Responsibilities

• Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide a pleasant communication experience.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle cash and ensure store safety and security.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Adapt to various tasks within the store during each shift.

Requirements

• No previous experience required.
• Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a customer service role.
