About the position

Responsibilities
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored service.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
- No previous experience required.
- Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions.
