About the position
As a Starbucks barista, you will create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. This role emphasizes connection with customers and team members, fostering a warm and welcoming environment. You will work in an energetic store setting, mastering your food and beverage craft while engaging with customers and contributing to a positive community impact.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and team members.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Requirements
- No previous experience required.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions.
Nice-to-haves
