Responsibilities

• Work on the café floor, requiring physical activity such as prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and operating espresso machines.

• Make relevant beverage and food recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure the café is welcoming by maintaining a stocked bake case and neatly displayed merchandise.
• Prioritize cleanliness and tidiness in the café environment to enhance customer experience.
• Execute operational standards correctly and in a timely manner, adhering to safety and health codes.
• Protect company assets by controlling waste and shrink effectively.
• Recognize and assist customers and employees with urgency and care.
