Responsibilities

• Meet pre-established sales goals through effective guest service and selling skills.
• Ensure all guests receive friendly and engaging service while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Follow merchandising and operational guidelines to maintain proper inventory levels and rotate stock.
• Assist in providing information on event spaces and escort guests as needed.
• Help with the setup, cleaning, and breakdown of event spaces for various functions.
• Attend events as required and upsell coffee products to guests.
• Engage in proactive outreach efforts to secure new bookings for the team room.
• Participate in networking events to enhance brand visibility and establish community connections.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation tasks to meet health and safety standards.
• Maintain knowledge of building layout and products from local vendors.
