Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and dining spaces.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and standards in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting low inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Engage with customers to create a positive atmosphere and encourage repeat business.
