Join our growing team in a fun café setting assisting coffee-lovers and teammates! Boston Stoker Coffee is celebrating 51 years and is sharing our love for coffee across the Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus region as we continue to excel at our craft. Get in on the ground floor and learn all that the coffee world has to offer! Are you an experienced barista or would like to learn the craft to become one? We're looking for the right individual - experienced or not - to join our team to serve the best coffee in Dayton. Our trainers can help the right individual feel confident in their skills and ability to create delicious drinks.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Warm and inviting attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk or stand for an entire shift
• Cash handling experience
• Willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a barista
• Interest in the coffee industry

Responsibilities

• Serve coffee and baked goods to customers
• Create drinks and baked goods while following written recipes
• Maintain a clean café environment
• Stock the retail area
• Handle cash transactions
