About the position
TINY DANCER COFFEE is seeking experienced baristas to join our modern cafe located in Midtown West. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks while providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be knowledgeable in espresso preparation and latte art, and must be able to work efficiently during busy periods.
Responsibilities
- Making and serving hot and cold beverages including coffee and espresso drinks
- Welcoming customers and helping them to determine their coffee interests
- Educating customers about the menu options
- Opening and closing the station
- Maintaining inventory
- Keeping equipment clean and in running order
- Basic food preparation and service
Requirements
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Experience making coffee and espresso drinks
- Works well during busy rush hours
- Excellent communication abilities
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with Square POS
- Must have a flexible schedule
