About the position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, managing and cleaning the bar area, and providing excellent service to patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Food safety course is essential.
• Alcohol training course is required.
• Experience in sales or catering can enhance your candidacy.
