About the position
Multiple Restaurants in Playhouse Square are seeking part-time Bartenders and Servers. We are looking for service-oriented, career-minded individuals who possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The ideal candidates will be experienced individuals who can contribute to the continued success of our restaurants and find a home among a talented team of culinary and service professionals. The positions require the ability to lift 30+ lbs and the flexibility to work nights and weekends. Please note that availability on Saturdays and Sundays is a must, and applicants who cannot meet this requirement should not apply. The open positions include Bartenders, Servers, and Server Assistants, all located in Downtown Cleveland/Playhouse Square. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Prepare and serve drinks as a Bartender
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Lift and carry items weighing 30+ lbs as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Server (Preferred)
- 3 years of experience in Bartending (Preferred)
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
