About the position

The Bartender at SAN Airport Restaurant is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience. The position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic restaurant group and requires a passion for food, coffee, and people.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service and enhance their dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Assist in training new staff members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience bartending in a high volume restaurant.
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to verbally communicate with customers and coworkers.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for the duration of the shift.
  • Must pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment (STA) to obtain an airport-issued badge.
