About the position
The Bartender at SAN Airport Restaurant is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience bartending in a high volume restaurant.
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to verbally communicate with customers and coworkers.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for the duration of the shift.
- Must pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment (STA) to obtain an airport-issued badge.
