About the position
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our bar staff team at Buford's, located in downtown Austin. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional service. The roles available include Bartenders, Barbacks, Doormen, and Cocktail Servers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers, ensuring that each drink is crafted to perfection. You will also take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. In addition to beverage preparation, you will be tasked with maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This includes restocking supplies as needed and ensuring that the bar is always ready for service. Providing excellent customer service is a key component of this role; you will engage with customers, answer their questions, and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
