About The Position

Kavasutra Kava Bar is seeking enthusiastic Bartenders/Barbacks to join our growing team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while serving kava, a natural sedative and muscle relaxer from the South Pacific. The position offers opportunities for advancement and requires a positive work ethic. Training will be provided, and employees are considered part of the Kavasutra tribe, contributing to a supportive team culture.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic food safety knowledge is necessary.
• Ability to carry inventory items and stock the bar.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a restaurant, bar, or coffee shop setting is preferred.
• Bartending experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
