About The Position

The Bartender Front and Service SEASONAL position is responsible for the preparation of cocktails to all cocktail servers assigned to his/her station. This position requires a NJ CER LICENSE. The role involves consistently demonstrating superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors, maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude, and creating positive energy with gestures. The bartender is expected to build relationships by greeting guests warmly, anticipating their needs, and providing fast, flawless service. Additionally, the bartender checks for guest satisfaction and resolves service breakdowns effectively. The position also includes promoting Caesars Rewards programs and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar service area.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Bartender or bar porter required.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation.
