The ideal candidate will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of this luxury beach club, catering to a diverse clientele including jetsetters and celebrities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Uphold all company policies and brand standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand/walk for extended periods.
