Daily responsibilities include completing a bar prep list based on projected business levels, operating a high-volume point of sale register, and ensuring that all refrigeration and work areas are kept clean and sanitary in compliance with health department regulations. You will also be responsible for following recipes and portion sizes accurately to maintain ideal bar costs and minimize waste.
